You see, when I was growing up, I learned to cope with my family problems by eating.  Food was comfort for me.  I could hide away – literally get mesmerized by watching tv and eating a bag of Doritos.
grew up with the stigma of being the chubby kid.  As an adult I became a fitness fanatic and fluctuated from working out mania back to exhaus where I would pick up my old comfort habits of over eating.
bounced around from a size 1 to a size 8 my entidult life until I reached a place where everything changed for me.
know a lot of you are saying you wish you we size 8.  This isn’t about what size you are or what your goal size or weiis.  For me, my small frame, a size 8 was very over weight.  Inot saying I was obese, but my body fat was in the high 30′s to low 40%.

My size, my weight, were the least of my problems.  I was hiding away from life.  I was hiding out in my house, with my food and television.  Food was my best friend. 

At one point while tryin “control” my problem I would shop one meal at a time.  I couldn’t have a single crumb of food in the house that wasn’t scheduled for the next meal or it would be consumed. 

The numbers on the scale do not determine the “weight” of your problem.  My life revolved around food.  Tryin control what I ate, how much, how long I could wait before I ran across the street to the grocery store, if I would be able to resist buying that 1/2 gallon of ice cream, if I could resist eating the entire 1/2 gallon in one night….
t was just my experience.  s doesn’t have to be the same.  You do not have to ever again worry about what size you are or what your weiis.

As a matter of fact, most have had a reversal of fortune because they failed to grasp the entire message of the secret and tried to wish their way to success.

 This message is not at all about The Secret, but it is about the universal laws that are keeping you from achieving your weiloss goals.

Simply put, you will only achieve the level of success (in any area, financial, fitness, relaships) that you are capable of believing in.
again use a well known example but it bears repeating – if we were talking about financial gain instead of weiloss we milook at lottery winners for an example of those who do not believe in their wealth worthiness.

The overnimulti millions are just temporary for those individuals who have never believed or seen themselves as wealthy.  They return to their level of previous “un-wealth” within a couple years.
t happens over and over again.  Just like with weiloss, even the greatest weiloss success stories are short lived if the individual doesn’t work on their mind at the same time or before the weiloss.
t is inevitable.  It is absolutely guaranteed.  You can’t get around it.

You have to be who you believe yourself to be. 
f you are not…if by some act of will or luck (good or bad) you lost all the weiyou ever dreamed of…you will gain it back…and usually more.

The more you play this yo yo game the harder it becomes for you to loose the weight.  AGAIN, this is more mind than physical reality at work here.

Each time you try and fail – you are reinforcing the belief that “you are this overweiperson”.  “You will never loose the weight.”  “You can’t stick to anything.”

What plays in your head each time you try and fail to achieve your goals? Or when you achieve your goal just to have it slip away after a couple weeks of binging?

The stuff playing in your head is exactly the stuff that needs to be looked at.  The inside changes before the outside changes.

The outside is an effect.  The mind is the cause.

He has a mindset of wealth.  He has to be what he believes he is.  Just like you have to be and I have to be what we believe we are.

Don’t misunderstand my message.  There plenty of things you can do that will work at weiloss, fat loss and improved fitness – for example, consuming a diet that keeps your body alkaline rather than the typical acidicte most of us live in.

It is fail safe, it will improve your health and prevent disease.  There is no ques you will loose weight.

There plenty of other “full proof” methods that will do wonders for your fitness and weiloss goals.  The problem is not the lack of methods, tegies, informa and resources on how to loose weight.

The problem is that we will and can never maintain any type of change no matter how good it is for us unless and until we first change who we think we and what we think our life should be like.

Knowing what to do has never been your problem.  Any one who has ever tried to loose weihas movailable resources, diets, exercise routines and tegies than ever before.

Because that is where most of your beliefs come from.  Something happens in your world when you a child.  It doesn’t have to be an overtly demeaning comment by a parent who didn’t love you enough.

five your old self heard something, saw something and made a decision about what it meant.  You decided that it meant you were no good.  Or you weren’t worth love.  Or you have no self control.

It may not be a belief about your worth but a coping mechanism.  A way you chose to deal with whatever stress your little self was dealing with.  And still, you cope with your life just as you did when you we child.  With food as a companion, escape, barrier…it doesn’t really matter. 

Whatever the belief, it manifested in the mind of a child and it has been controlling your life ever since.  You think you make your own decisions today but you actually simply repeating the same “reac” you have had since you made that fateful decision years earlier.

That is why you may over react to certain circumstances that happen today and wonder why you responded that way.  You weren’t actually reactin the event that just happened – you were reactin it based on your beliefs from childhood.

Then decide if you would let that child plan her own menu’s for the next 10 years.  Or if you would let her plan your financial future, or your menus for life. 

Of course not.

That child doesn’t know enough to allow her that power.  Why have you given your power over to your 5 year old self?

Who else could believe you could get fit by drinking a couple glasses of tea a day!  A grown man or woman making raal decisions based on current informa would never fall for 99% of the weiloss products on the market today.

But that little you – who thinks they are rich when they get $10 and couldn’t possibly understand the connec between ac and consequences decides it wants the magic, easy way out.

How can our minds allow us to believe that we could find our lost item anywhere but where it originated?  And how could our minds believe we can find a solu to our weiproblems anywhere but where the problem exists?

Our minds are just doing what they have been programmed to do.  The mind has gone unchecked – absorbing and interpreting so called reality from the day we were born.

Our parents raised us based on whatever insane beliefs were passed onto them for generas and until someone chooses to take responsibility for beliefs and thoughts – the cycle continues.

Generas worth of problems and beliefs may seem impossible to change and more daunting than living with weiproblems – but don’t believe it.

This is exactly why we mistakenly think that certain disease and weiissues are hereditary.

But for 95% of the popula, disease, weiissues and mental problems are not inherited genetically.

They are inherited by MIND viruses!

That thouis again, just another belief you can choose to accept or change.

The fact is – you don’t need to fix all of your erroneous beliefs.  That should be a relief to you.

You don’t need to know what all the beliefs are or even where they came from.

What you need are new beliefs. 

As a matter of fact, it is harmful to try to Change.

You may need to read that again.  I said it is detrimental to your weiloss to try to change old behaviors.

Let’s just think about this for a moment.  If the industry is so huge, billions of dollars are spent on weiloss every year here in the USA….and the weiproblem doesn’t get any better – could it be that something is wrong?
